Equipment

  • Dip/Chin Assist

Purposes

  • Shoulder Strength
  • Triceps Strength

Description

  • Kneel or stand on the leg padding.
  • Grasp the parallel dip bars.
  • Slowly lower your body until your chest is stretched.
  • Pause and push your body up to the starting position.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Avoid hunching. Keep the chest open.

Mistakes

  • Not using a full range-of-motion
