Bent-knee Quad Isometrics -- Seated

Purposes

  • Quadriceps isometric (static) strength

Description

  • Seated down, lean back with one leg straight but propped up slightly at the knee over a large rolled-up towel.
  • Contract the thighs without moving the knee.
  • Return to the relaxed position.

  • Focus on tightening the quads
