Description

  • Secure the bar on the pins of the squat rack.
  • Grip the bar and walk your legs forward until you are in position.
  • Pull your chest to the bar then lower yourself back down until your arms are straight.

ProTip

  • Be sure the bar is secure before you begin.

Mistakes

  • Not securing the bar properly.
