Description

Set up your agility ladder.
-
Jump over the first two squares, land in the third square and immediately squat.

Stand up from the squat and immediately jump over the next two squares.
-
Land and immediately squat.
-
Repeat.
Mistakes
-
Falling into the bottom of the squat too quickly.
-
Standing up all the way and then jumping.
