ABOUT ME
I used to weigh 350 pounds which lead to a liver transplant last year due to fatty liver disease. My lowest weight in the months after surgery was 185 but I feel best around 200 pounds although that's technically "fat" for my height. I am returning to school after many years to complete a degree I started in 1984 in history with an emphasis on historical interpretation for sites. My hobby is hunting ghosts (yeah, like on TAPS) and I am joining the TAPS affiliate in Tucson.

Treadmill combined with strength training. I love working on biceps.
