Description

  • Stand with good posture and feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  • Begin movement by gripping handle firmly and lowering ipsilateral (same) leg into lunge position with bent arm.
  • Push the handle in front of you, initiating the movement with the pectoralis major (chest) muscles.
  • Return arm to beginning of movement.

ProTip

  • Contract your abdominals during movement.

Mistakes

  • Leaning too far forward.
