Description

  • Grip handle tightly with your right hand and stand on your left leg.
  • With your knee slightly bent, tighten your trunk to stabilize your body.
  • Pull your elbow back as far as you can.
  • Return to the starting position.

ProTip

  • Tighten your whole body and try to "anchor" yourself.

  • Rotating your body as you pull the cable.
