Description

  • Lie down on bench and grip handle tightly.
  • With your arms flexed, place your hands over your head and keep your elbows tucked in towards the center of your body.
  • Begin movement by extending your arms until your hands are above you.
  • Return to starting position.

ProTip

  • Keep your shoulders flat on the bench.

Mistakes

  • Letting your elbows move too far away from your mid-line as you bend your elbows.
