Description

  • Kneel down and place your hands down in front of you, keeping your back in a neutral position.
  • Drop your head down.
  • Round your back up as high as you can, tucking your tail bone down.
  • Then Move to the opposite position by arching your back as much as you comfortably can, lifting your head.
  • Then return to the neutral spine position.

ProTip

  • As you move into the two positions, initiate your movements at the hips and move up the spine in a wave-like pattern

Mistakes
