ABOUT ME

I enjoy spending time with my partner/husband and our 2 dogs. I enjoy working out as it is a great way for me to stay healthy, fit and manage my weight as I was 40lbs heavier.


Favorite Workout
Either squat thrusters, overhead squats and/or front squats, along with pull ups, DB fly and/or plyo push ups, My AB trio = reverse crunch, straight leg sit ups, lay 1/2 way down and rotate side to side, back down to ground and repeat.
My Personal Bests
15 pull ups; sub 4 hour marathon; 7:30 min mile -- 1 year ago I was at 10 min mile pace; 1 hr 48 min 1/2 marathon

Favorite Post Workout Meal
Don't have a favorite post-workout meal, but my favorite meal pre long run (i.e. 13-26 miles) the night before is a burger with blue cheese and bacon along with garlic french fries and onion rings.
My Supplement Plan
Accelerade and/or Gleukos, and Carboom gel for running -- endurolytes prn. Also, water, lots and lots of water.
