What Motivates Me
Being the best and reaching my goals. When I reach my goals in means I am fit, strong and healthly which means I will be more likely to come home to my family in one piece.
Favorite Post Workout Meal
WATER, Protein shakes, Fruit and veggies. I am eating mostly raw food right now. I do cheat a little by eating cooked meats for protein.
