ABOUT ME
I like to do a lot of things that involve outdoor sports, like biking, hiking, camping, swimming, having picnics, going for walks and being with my family. I also like to relax indoors when the weather is not so good, and going to see a good movie is my favorite plus, i like to roller skate and bowl. Theres not too many things that i don't like to do.

Don't have one. I use my daughters and she has everything on it.
What Motivates Me
Seeing other people trying to get into shape and staying fit.
Favorite Post Workout Meal
Lots of salads, tuna fish, fish, very little red meats if possible, fruits and veggies. Among other things that are healthy for your body also.
