Description

Standing with good posture, grip the handle with both hands.

Squat with arms extended in front of you.

Stand up and laterally rotate your torso to your right side and extend your arms over your right shoulder.

Squat and repeat lateral torso rotation and cable extension to your left side.

Make sure you pivot your rear foot to allow for a full hip and torso rotation.
