Description

  • Start at one end of the agility ladder, slightly to one side.
  • Step into the first square with your lead foot, then with the other foot.
  • Step out of the box with your lead foot, then with your other foot.
  • Move to the next square and repeat.

ProTip

  • Start slowly and increase the speed as you become more competent.

Mistakes

  • Letting your heels touch the ground.
  • Messing up the foot work.
