Purposes

  • Hip flexibility

Description

  • Kneeling down on one knee, place the other foot firmly forward
  • Push the hips forward and stretch the front hip of the leg that's kneeling

ProTip

  • Keep your glutes and abs tight during the stretch

Mistakes

  • Excessively arching the back
  • Leaning the trunk forward or to either sides
