Description

  • Attach long strap D-handle to mid pulley. Adjust mid pulley arms to lowest position. Set resistance.
  • Stand facing mid pulley with staggered stance. Grasp handle with both hands in neutral position, arms extended.
  • Slowly pull hands toward chest while rotating upper body away from pulley.
  • Continue rotating away from mid pulley and extend hands up and away, opposite the mid pulley.
  • Slowly return to starting position and repeat. After completing set, switch sides and repeat on other side.

ProTip

  • Keep your chest up and contract your abdominals.

Mistakes

  • Bending your elbows.
  • Rounding the back.
