Get Moving!!
The hardest part of anything is getting started. This is especially true for exercise. But, it doesn’t have to be this way. First you need to set some goals. Then you need to start moving more and incorporate more activity into your day.
What do you want to accomplish? Make sure it is a specific, quantifiable goal. You want to set a goal that is challenging but not impossible. Now write it down and post it somewhere that you will see it everyday. If your initial goal is weight loss, be sure to start the HyperStrike “Lean” program.
Now that you have a goal you need to start moving. Any and all activity can count as exercise. Instead of driving around trying to get a parking spot up close, take one further away and walk. If the store is close by, don’t drive at all … walk. The idea here is to be more active all day, not just during a specified exercise time.
It also helps to schedule time to exercise. Treat it as you would any other appointment. Always show up on time and never skip it. When you are there you are there to work, don’t let other things distract you. And your HyperStrike workouts make it easy to know what to do during your workouts.
Finally, keep a record of your workouts through the “Report Results” section of HyperStrike. You may even want to blog about your workouts.
Set a specific goal and make sure you see it everyday. Be more active in all aspects of your life. Keep records of everything you are doing to reach your goal.
When you reach your goal, be sure to reward yourself, reassess what you want to accomplish and set a new goal. Good luck!!
