Description

  • Place one foot onto a box or a chair
  • Hook the opposite elbow over the knee that's on top
  • With the elbow, pull the knee toward the opposite side of the body
  • Repeat with the opposite side.

ProTip

  • Keep your hips squared ahead as you pull your leg across the midline of the body
