Description

  • With the dumbbells in you hand, lean back, and lay down on the bench.
  • WIth your arms down at sides, slowly raise the dumbbells straight forward and up toward shoulders.
  • Return to start position and repeat.

  • Keep your head against the bench.

Mistakes

  • Swinging the weight up.
  • Dropping your chin towards your chest.
