Purposes

  • Stretches deep calves

Description

  • Kneel down with your toes under.
  • Sit back toward your heels.
  • Lean your body forward onto your hands.

ProTip

  • Put just enough body weight onto your calves and heels to feel a stretch in the lower leg

Mistakes

  • Allowing the feet and lower legs to splay out to the outside of the thighs/hips
  • Not sitting on top of the calves
  • Pointing your toes back and sitting on top of the feet
