Description

  • Facing a wall, put the ball of one foot up against the wall
  • Bend the knee and lean toward the wall, keeping the heel of the front foot down
  • Repeat with the opposite side.

ProTip

  • Push the knee forward toward the wall

Mistakes

  • Tilting the knee to one side
  • Lifting the heel
