Description

  • Attach long strap handle to adjustable swivel mid pulley. Adjust pulley to highest setting. Set resistance.
  • Stand perpendicular to pulley. Grasp handle in neutral grip with hand closest to the pulley, keep the elbow at your side and at a 90° angle.
  • Rotate your hand inward as far as you can.
  • Slowly return to start position and repeat. Finish set and switch to other side, repeat.

ProTip

  • Keep your elbow tucked in.

Mistakes

  • Allowing your elbow to move away from your body.
