ABOUT ME
I really enjoy being at a fitness level where I can have fun while out jogging or snowboarding. My problem is commitment. It seems that I get to a good level within three months and then "something" always come up that cause me to exercise less and less.
Favorite Workout
I enjoy running outside. The early mornings and cool afternoon hours in the foothills are my favourite time to get out.
My Personal Bests
I have never kept good record of my exercises, but if if I have to use some measure it would probably be when I was rock climbing. I would run, rock climb or workout at the gym. Sometimes after a days climbing we would rundown the mountain. I suppose that this was my personal best.

Goals
I would like to get rid of my skinny ass. I looked at the proposed Hyperstrike eating plan and was surprised how much I will have to eat in order to reach the suggested calorie intake. But I am willing to give it a go.
