ABOUT ME

Have many resources for activity, but lack motivation.....(lazy?) When I first signed up with Hyperstrike, I would do walk/run intervals, for 30 minutes, and then my recommended exercises. I did this for about a month and a half, and was losing weight, feeling great- more energetic, also less stressed, and more confident about the changes. I dont even remember how I slacked off- probably a schedule change. Need and want to get back on track!!


Favorite Workout
I really enjoy interval running/ walking. I had started off walking more than running, and I quickly went to running more and recovering by walking. It really was neat seeing how quickly I progressed!

Favorite Workout Places
Outdoors- there are so many places to get out and move! I mostly would enjoy riding my motorcycle to the local college campus at night, do my run/walk intervals for about 45 minutes, and cool off on the ride home. It has been a while, but this is the thing I need to get out and start doing again!
