Description

  • Start with good posture.
  • Squat down and grab the kettlebell.
  • As you stand up, accelerate.
  • When your legs are fully extended pull up with your arms.
  • Just before the kettlebell reaches the top grab it with the other hand.

ProTip

  • Let go with the first hand before you grab with the other hand.

  • Bad posture.
