Description

  • Attach short strap handles to mid pulleys and adjust mid pulley arms to lowest position. Set resistance.
  • Stand perpendicular to mid pulley and grasp handle with hand farthest from pulley, with palm facing pulley.
  • Slowly raise handle out to side until at shoulder height; return to start position and repeat.
  • After completing set, switch sides and repeat.
