Description

  • Stand perpendicular to the end of the ladder.
  • Start with the leg closest to the ladder and run laterally with high knees.
  • Step both feet in every square.
  • Return and repeat.

ProTip

  • Start slowly and increase the speed as you become more competent.

Mistakes

  • Messing up the foot work.
  • Letting your heels touch the ground.
