Description

  • Support yourself in the apparatus.
  • Let your legs dangle.
  • Raise your leg to hip height, keeping your knees slightly bent.
  • Maintain a stabilized trunck.
  • Return your legs slowly.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Use slow, controlled movement.

Mistakes

  • Whipping the legs up.
