Purposes

  • Stretches the entire length on one side of body

Description

  • Lie on your stomach with your face down, and stretch both arms forward.
  • Place a small foam roller under one shin.
  • Slide the leg down over the roller and "lengthen" the same side of the body.
  • Repeat with the opposite side.

ProTip

  • Breath deeply and stay relaxed

Mistakes

  • Bending side-way at the torso
