ABOUT ME
I was born in Brooklyn New York in 1971...that's sounds so long ago. My main interest is in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I've been training on and off for over 10 years. I've studied one form or another of Martial Art since I was 8; thanks to grandma (she thought it would keep me off the street - she was right!). The easiest way to define me is to see me training...it's when I am happiest!
Favorite Workout
I have to confess that I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rather than going to the gym, however each and every workout at the gym enhances my performance at the academy...so I guess they go hand in hand.
My Personal Bests
That would have to be my bench press. At 163 lbs I maxed out my flat bench at 315 lbs; only 1 rep though!
Favorite Workout Places
I like doing my cardio workouts on the beach. Other than that I love going to the Academy to train in BJJ and Gold's Gym in Redondo is great, outdoor pool and jacuzzi!
Interests
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Comedy, Acting, Music (all kinds), Camping, Hiking, Surfing, Snowboarding and traveling.
Goals
Professionally I am a Producer for television, but my personal goal is to have several shows Created & Written by me running in syndication...

Favorite Post Workout Meal
I usually just have a protein shake because I workout late in the evening.
