ABOUT ME
I'm a pretty laid back guy, I enjoy working out, and my other means of excersize, include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I've had 3 Amateur Ring fights in my past, and look forward to more ring fights. My main focus is on Jiu Jitsu competition and building muscle to help with it. I love to eat therefore I love to cook...hey guy's will be guy's, what can I say??
Favorite Workout
I really enjoy working on Abs the most.
My Personal Bests
My best is running, although I will not be doing as much anymore because I'm trying to raise my weight again back up to 150..but I can run about 3 miles on the treadmill when I push myself to the limit.

Snap Fitness for sure..and West Coast Martial Arts school for my MMA and Jiu Jitsu training.
Interests
Muay Thai Kickboxing, UFC, Jiu Jitsu, Various Martial Arts.
Goals
To go big in Jiu Jitsu and possibly in the cage.

What Motivates Me
People that doubt me are the ones that motivate me the most. Everytime I have a fight coming up, I'll be training and in my mind I'll think the opponent wants the win more then I do...so I'll run the

Salad...Pizza...Vietnamese..whatever...maybe even a chocolate bar for carbs or protein shake.
