Description

  • Start with good posture with a kettlebell on one side.
  • Squat down only far enough to grab the kettlebell.
  • Keep your head up and stand straight up without twisting or leaning.
  • Squat back down, staying straight.

  • You move the weight, don't let the weight move you.
