Purposes

  • Biceps strength.

Description

  • Sit with your arms resting on the bench.
  • Keep your spine neutral.
  • Inhale and curl the bar.
  • Squeeze the biceps at the top.
  • Exhale and lower the bar.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Squeeze the biceps as you pull.

Mistakes

  • Overextending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
