ABOUT ME
Mid 30s, computer desk job has taken its toll on my physique as I no longer do anything active except work long hours and travel. I drink alcohol, smoke cigars, and consume food in excess.
Indulgence is my best friend.
I believe I'm at midway point as I am not yet feeling the affects of my lifestyle. I experience a sluggishness that bothers me and loss of breath at embarrassing times.
