Description

  • Attach short strap handle to adjustable swivel mid pulley and adjust to highest position. Set resistance.
  • Stand straddling seat, facing into machine and grasp handle with opposite hand.
  • Start with hand down at side and slowly extend outward and upward to shoulder height.
  • Slowly return to start position and repeat. Finish set and switch to other hand, repeat.

ProTip

  • Keep your back in a neutral position.

Mistakes

  • Rounding the back.
  • Hunching the shoulders.
