ABOUT ME
I moved here in December 2006 to Snowboard and continue Personal Training. I love sports, specifically soccer and swimming. I like to watch football, tennis, and hockey. I have an interest in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Favorite Workout
Specifically my favorite workout is any form of Plyo-Pushups whether its on a medicine ball, dumbells, bench to bench or utilizing resistance bands. Fun fun fun!
My Personal Bests
Max Bench- (almost) 3rd set was 305 for 2 reps. Mile run 6:16. 500yd Swim 5:45.
Favorite Workout Places
I love to work out at the park. The park offers so many creative ways to enjoy working out, plus you get to work on your tan. When im in California, the Beach is an amazing place to go running!
Interests
Sports. Relaxing on my day off!
Goals
Physically I would like to be a lean 7% Body Fat at 200lbs. Staying strong is important because you never know when life is going to call on you. I would love to score more goals for my team than I did last season.

Everything- not really country though! I do like country though, just not for working out!
