Description

  • Lying on your back, place a rolled towel underneath the top part of your hips
  • Keeping one knee bent and foot on the ground, cross the other leg over the first leg
  • Slowly roll your legs and hips toward the top leg

ProTip

  • Try to keep both shoulders against the ground

Mistakes

  • Allowing the shoulders to come off the ground
