ABOUT ME
I enjoy lifting weights. I'll usually do various programs involving powerlifting, Crossfit, bodybuilding, kettlebells and/or Olympic weightlifting once per week. I do not enjoy long distance cardio. Anything over 20 minutes continuously is a bit too far for me.
