Description

  • Position yourself on the machine so that the hip joint axis is in line with the machine axis.
  • Press you back into the back support.
  • Tighten your core muscles to hold the truck.
  • Bring the legs together, applying even pressure on both thighs.
  • Do not slam the lever arms together.
  • Move the legs outward, controlling the resistance.
  • Keep the muscles tense through the entire range of motion.

ProTip

  • Apply even pressure to the pads on the lever arms.

Mistakes

  • Swinging the body.
  • Moving your trunk forward.
