Description

  • Attach short D-handles to high pulleys and set resistance.
  • Sit facing machine with thighs under notches in back pad.
  • Grasp D-handles from high swivel pulleys and extend arms, palms facing upward.
  • Slowly curl hands toward shoulders, pivoting around fixed elbows.
  • Return to start position and repeat.

  • Keep your back straight.

Mistakes

  • Dropping your elbows as you curl.
  • Leaning too far back.
