Description

  • Set doors narrow, adjust seat pad to lower incline position and bench to vertical position, adjust swivel pulleys to lowest position (#17) and set resistance.
  • Sit in seat and grasp D-handles behind head, with arms at 90° angle and elbows pointing straight up.
  • Slowly extend hands overhead; return to start position and repeat.

ProTip

  • Position your hands close together to avoid the elbows flaring outward.

  • Locking your elbows.
