Description

  • Keep the heel down
  • Seated on a chair with your feet rested on the ground, lift the toes of one foot up as high as you can
  • Then return it to the floor

ProTip

  • Keep the feet pointed straight ahead as you pull the toes up

Mistakes

  • Splaying the feet outward
