Stretches wrist and forearm muscles
Description

With the left elbow bent at your side, turn your palm up and away from you, fingers pointing up.

Cup your left fingers with your right hand.

Using your right hand, gently pull your left fingers back as you straighten your left arm out in front of you.

Repeat with the opposite side.
