Description

  • Stand on one leg at the end of the agility ladder.
  • Hop into the first square.
  • As soon as your foot touches immediately hop into the second square.
  • Repeat all the way along the ladder.

ProTip

  • Start slowly and increase the speed as you become more competent.

Mistakes

  • Using the other foot for balance.
