Description

  • Stand on one foot, slightly to the side of the agility ladder.
  • Hop into the first square, to the other side then into the second square and out on the side you started.
  • Repeat to the end of the ladder.

ProTip

  • Start slowly and increase the speed as you become more competent.

Mistakes

  • Using the other foot for balance.
