Purposes

  • Stretches back
  • Stretches sides of torso

Description

  • Lie on your back and bend your right hip and knee to 90 degrees.
  • Stretch your right arm out to the side.
  • With your left hand, guide your right knee over to the opposite side, gently stretching your back.
  • Repeat with the opposite side.

ProTip

  • Take your time with this and allow gravity to pull your body into the stretch

Mistakes

  • Rounding the back
  • Keeping the head elevated
