Similar Exercise

Description

  • Set up the bar with the bands.
  • Step under the bar and carefully lift it off the rack.
  • Squat down, under control, all the way to the bottom.
  • Stand up as quickly as you can with good form.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Keep your weight on your heels.

Mistakes

  • Too much weight on the ball of your foot.
  • Bending forward.
