Description

  • Attach long strap D-handle to mid pulley with arm adjusted to lowest position. Set resistance.
  • Stand facing away from mid pulley and bring strap up over shoulder, holding handle against your chest with both hands.
  • Start with feet flat and rise up on balls of feet as far as you can.
  • Return to start position and repeat.

  • Keep your torso straight and tall.

Mistakes

  • Bending the knees.
  • Leaning forward.
