Purposes

  • Cardiovascular endurance.

Description

  • Step onto the pedal platforms and grasp the hand rails.
  • Push down on one pedal and allow other pedal to raise.
  • Before lower lever hits bottom or upper lever hits top, alternate with opposite movement.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Keep your upper body upright.

Mistakes

  • Slouching forward.
