I'm a software engineer and a an amateur mountain-biker. I love gardening, riding my bike on the road or in all-terrain conditions, and chilling out with my friends by the fire-pit. Oh, and I party like a rockstar on the weekends ;)

My basement, but i lack equipment so I still have to go to the gym. My long-term dream is to have a fully functional home-gym in my basement, so I'm building it one step at a time.

- Ham and Cheese Omelette with a side salad
- Ham & Cheese triple-decker sandwich with dijon mustard
- Pasta
My Supplement Plan
4 weeks creatine cycles, and daily vitamins. That's it.
